Asin has decided that she will stick to being part of remakes.

Asin was part of both Ghajini films. She is now doing Ready with Salman Khan. The film is directed by Anees Bazmee and is a remake of a Telugu movies called Ready. She is also doing a Tamil movie called Kaavalan which is the remake of a Malayalam movie called Bodyguard. Coincidentally, Salman is also going to remake these films in Hindi later on.

‘I like doing remakes because they help me connect with a larger audience. If the film is good and universal in its content, then it should be made for a larger audience. There are no problems of repeating oneself in a remake because the director and approach is always different. There are some changes in the story and character as well,’ said Asin.

Though Asin has not been seen on the big screen, she has been dominating the television screen and hoardings with a number of endorsements. She endorses Lux Sandal and Cream soap, Big Bazaar, Mirinda, Sure Anti Perspirant, Tata Sky, Clinic All Clear, and Fairever fairness cream. She will be starting two more film project by early 2011.
