Rani Mukerji who is known as the reigning queen of Yash Raj banners, seems to be exploiting her proximity to the production house and its charming prince Aditya Chopra, to revive her otherwise declining career graph. In this context, the buzz is that Aditya Chopra wanted to sign Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif opposite Shah Rukh Khan in his ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, but Katrina being a Salman’s girlfriend, his next choice fell on Asin! But, Rani didn’t like it and got Asin’s prospects doomed for ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’. This didn’t end her frustration, as she was stunned to find that her boyfriend Aditya Chopra is taking special interest in his new heroine Anoushka Sharma. According to market reports, Anoushka has signed a three-movie-deal with Yash Raj banners.

But in view of Rani’s attitude towards all newcomer heroines, industry circles doubt the future of any such contract. They wonder if Rani would allow this Anoushka’s three-movie contract with Yash Raj banners to materialize. Rani being Rani would leave no stone unturned to get the contract revoked. May we urge Rani to concentrate on her career prospects rather than trying to block the way of newcomers in the industry?
