The actress and the crickter’s increasing proximity is the talk of South Indian film industry these days. If rumour mills are to be believed, MS Dhoni is spending a lot of time with the Ghajini girl.
Recently, Dhoni spent about an hour and a half at Asin’s apartment. A source informs Mumbai Mirror, “Just before he left for the Asia Cup series in Sri Lanka (which began on June 15, 2010), he visited Asin’s house in Lokhandwala. The two of them were not watching a match but just chilling out.”
Mumbai Mirror earlier reported that during IPL, India’s cricket captain visited Asin’s house at Lokhandwala to watch the semi-final match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians.
Dhoni and Asin have been in touch ever since they worked on two commercials last year.
We wonder what happened to Laxmi Rana!

Asin promotes Sure – Anti perspirant from Hindustan Lever in this new clip.
The south beauty manages to take the yuck-factor out of the deo ad with her No Paseena endorsement.
Asin, 24, says she uses the products that she endorses.
“I use the products I endorse. It is not that I use them because they approached me. I have been using most of the products before they approached me, like Tanishq or Mirinda.”
Some of the other brands that she endorses include Big Bazaar for apparel retail, Tata Sky, Clinic All Clear, Mirinda and Fairever Fairness cream.

Looks like research is Asin’s least favourite subject or pass time, remarks Rapchik Rajni as she strolls into my den. What do you mean, I ask her and she replies that the actress doesn’t seem to do any khoj on the products she endorses. Matlab?
Meaning, Rajni declares that Asin seems to be endorsing an anti-perspirant without any knowledge of it. Huh? She informs me that anti-perspirants shut the pores, and that can cause more trouble for the user with malignant nodules etc.
According to Rajni, a simple search on the Internet would have enlightened Asin enough to have second thoughts about inking deals with such products. Guess the actress was too dazzled by the fat pay cheque to pay any attention to important details. What say, Asinji?

It looks like Asin is completely unaware of all the problems going on between South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce and Sri Lankan Government. The former has declared that any actor who associates himself/herself with Sri Lanka or Colombo would be banned from being viewed over the theaters of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka.

On the other hand, Asin is leaving for Sri Lanka on 20th June, for the shoot of her film Ready, which is a remake of a super hit Telegu movie with the same name. Asin would be cast against Salman Khan, and the film would be directed by Anees Bazmee.
