Expect the unexpected from Salman Khan. Kolkatans are going to have a whale of a time with Wanted actor very soon. He is going to celebrate the success of Wanted in Kolkata on 23rd October. But surprisingly, he is coming with Asin Thottumkal and not Ayesha Takia, the heroine of Wanted.

The company that is marketing Wanted and London Dreams, decided to bring Salman to the city because the football match, which was supposed to take place at the Mohammedan Sporting Club on September 26, was cancelled due to security reasons. The whole team of Wanted had to leave the playgrounds, after 40,000 fans went berserk.

Bollywood actress Asin Thottumkal has said that she is far away from vulgarity. Asin who will star in her second Bollywood movie London Dreams said that she chooses her roles carefully and she wouldn’t do something which is vulgar or indecent. She added that she would never do something baseless and something she wasn’t comfortable with.

The Southern beauty who had struck gold with her debut movie Ghajini staring opposite Aamir Khan said that script, role, director, producer and then co-artist were her criteria behind choosing a movie and language or financial issues never bothered her. After making a smashing debut opposite Aamir Khan in last year’s blockbuster Ghajini, south Indian superstar Asin Thottumkal is all set to grab eyeballs in her second major release, London Dreams. The winner of several Filmfare Awards moved to Mumbai to carve a niche for herself after Ghajini became a hit and producers began queuing up to sign her.

Contrary to popular belief that Vipul Shah cast the 24-year-old in his magnum opus after Ghajini, she was signed up as Ajay Devgan and Salman Khan’s lady love well before her maiden outing.

Asin and Ajay Devgan had a fun time shooting for London dreams. A unit source revealed. “Ajay would always pull Asin’s leg and sometimes Asin would play pranks on Ajay. One day two challenged each other on tongue twisters. Ajay challenged Asin to speak Hindi tongue twister at one go, while Asin would challenge Ajay to English tongue twisters.” And invariably Asin would land up winning the game. The source continued saying, “Asin met Kajol too on the sets of London Dreams. The two got along well.” Apparently Asin met Kajol for the first time during the Ghajini shoot. “The two happened to beshooting in the same studio. Asin was shooting for Ghajini, while Kajol was shooting for Toonpur Ka Superhero. Asin went up to Kajol when she got to know she was in the same vicinity. The two have known each other since then.”

Well, for the unit of London Dreams the khane-ka-dabba, especially the daal, coming from Asin’s kitchen was a big deal. Our sources tell us that the lunch break was like a mega-event on the sets, and it looked nothing short of a community lunch center. It had become such a routine that sometimes even Salman would join in, opening up his share of home-made food for the crew.
