Being home (to God’s own country), though for a short while, has been a very pleasant experience for the ‘Ghajini’ girl Asin. The girl who took Bollywood by storm in her first film opposite Aamir Khan has come back to Kerala for a reason – to learn the ancient martial of the state, Kalaripayattu.
From day one she has become engrossed in the art that she has become the brand ambassador for it. Though Asin is learning the art of self-defense for a Tamil film, the actress feels learning Kalari has brought lots of insight in to her life and her daily routine that she will continue to devote time for the art for the rest of her life.
